Well, sort of. It takes place at night and the area shown is not very extensive. Which is a shame, because I spent most of the day working on making a whole street, complete with streetlights, sidewalks, roads, and office buildings. The most extensive work went into making Dimitri's auto shop, as shown here.
But none of that is in this strip. Just didn't fit with the overall tone, and I think the first wide shot of the place should happen in a daytime scene. In case you're wondering what the sign says, it says: 'Love your car, love yourself'.
